  I own a small business in the area and was called out to possibly do a repair if possible. Upon arriving at sight manager on site showed me the problem and said they had done all they could do but thought that maybe someone with a little more expertise in the field could trouble shoot problem a little better. Upon running some test determined that it was indeed a motor issue and that it was 25 plus years old and parts probably were not available and usually if not fairly new not worth doing anyway. Recommendation was replacing the unit with an up to date unit with all of the required safety mechanism that are required in the 21st century. This company then writes a negative review of our service and stated how they replaced a motor for 200.00 and all is good. My responsibility as a business is to to make an informed decision that is not necessarily the cheapest. I am skeptical about the cost of the motor to begin with but even so the unit is a liability because of no safety features. The owner or management should be concerned about safety as much as they are about
